At the beginning of each billing cycle, we’ll refill your account to the number of credits your subscription plan offers.
Note that it’s a reset to such number of credits if the account balance is less than it.
Take Suit Up Basic (2000 credits refill) for example:
If you are on a subscription plan but run out of credits before next refill, you can upgrade to a higher tier subscription plan. You can do this by simply tapping on that plan in the credits popup dialog. If you proceed, the new plan will start immediately and new credits refill will happen immediately
You can find “Subscription” in the top right menu of the site. It will link you to the subscription management center where you’ll be able to cancel the subscription. You’ll need to go through an email verification process in order to log into the management center.
We don’t refund.
If your account was suspended due to violation of our terms of service, no refund will be issued. We’ll also cancel your subscription.
